I don't have personal experience with these shoes, but these were the shoes my daughter-in-law, a newly enthusiastic runner, requested for Christmas. They were to replace similar shoes that she had been using. She was very happy with them and we ran in a 5K race that started at midnight on New Year's Eve to celebrate the New Year and she came in first in her age group.
