I have been using these Bodylastics Max Tension resistance bands for about a week now. And I can definitely say that it is an excellent product. I also purchased the Anywhere Anchor to be able to do even more exercises outside using trees in my backyard. I had purchased a set of resistance bands from a local sporting goods store, and those bands cannot compare to the Bodylastic bands.
