I am no experienced cook, but I can tell the difference in knives and this one is amazing! I am used to cutting with dull crappy knives and this one cuts everything like butter! I have only used it a few time to chop vegetables and fruit, but so far I love it! I also believe it was a very good price for a nice knife like this. I didn't want to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on new knifes, I just needed good quality at a good price, and that it was I got!
