My old leaking 65 cm ball is still 1/4 times larger than the Gaiam 65 cm. ball. The DVD workout is more aerobic workout than "therapeutic". This kit would be improved if it included therapeutic exercises. This following comment is an add on to my original review without changing the number of stars. The DVD with this kit could be improved if Tanja had one partner showing beginning level and the other partner showing intermediate level to the movements while she performs the advanced. The DVD would then benefit a wider range of users and possibly motivate the viewer, especially older or those with limiting conditions, to keep trying for the next level instead of discouraging those less flexible.
