This is the first review I've done on Amazon to my recollection. This has been the best product I've ever used. I'm a healthy 36 year old but for years I struggled with upper neck pain near the base of the skull when I wake up. I like to sleep without a pillow; it's basically the only way I can sleep. But I've tried to switch from soft pillows to firm pillows and I never had much luck and usually woke up in pain. I got immediate results using this inversion table. I can sleep anyway I want now and wake up with NO PAIN AT ALL and my liver loves me now because I put the tylenol bottle away for good. There are a few drawbacks but it's for an inversion table itself and not for this one in particular. Expect a blood rush to the head, maybe a little feeling of pressure even in your lips and eyes on ocassion. I usually use it just a few minutes a day and am not bothered by that. The ankles holders can be uncomfortable. I found it best if I didn't wear any shoes or long pants as the rubber seems to snug better against skin. As a buyer I usually discount reviews unless they have some negative aspect in the review but there isn't much not to like a about this product and I have a new pain free lease on life with daily usuage. If I go a few days without using this the pain returns so I use it daily to decompress my spine.
