Purchased this case as a Christmas gift for my wife. Our grandkids had stood or sat on her camera case and had wrecked it. I know it sounds like the kids are out of control, but they are just little guys and they will use whatever is available to get close to Grandma, including standing on a nearby camera case. Can't be too impressed with something that a couple of four and five year olds can smash like that. The pelican case was probably a "overkill" for what she needed, very few sharks in the plains of Wyoming, but it turned out to be fantastic product and at a remarkable price.
