My first shuffler didn't work. On seeing the negative feedback Chips and Games sent me a new one at no cost and contacted me by phone. I was very pleased with the service, and the new shuffler works most of the time. Occasionally cards get stuck and need removed and reshuffled, but this is simple to do.
