I found this balance trainer to be too small and difficult to utilize for full body balance. With less air, one could not stand on it, and with more air, balance could not be maintained as needed for the physical therapy exercises I must do.Get more detail about Harbinger 364060 Core Balance Trainer 3" High x 13" Diameter (Blue).
